Before buying property in Turkey;

• Location and Area Research (Public Transport, Amenities, Future Development)
\r\n• Developer Creditability Check
\r\n• Evaluation of real estate in terms of location, prospective developments of the area, landscaping, facilities, amenities, etc.
\r\n• Building & Planning Permission Check
\r\n• Legal and technical check of both the developer and the real estate
\r\n• Evaluation of real estate investments capital gain and rental income, etc.

Expenses when buying property in Turkey;

\r\n\r\n

• 4%: Sales tax of the property price (Generally this amount is calculated over valuation price of the apartment obtained from town hall)
\r\n• € 210: Legal fees at the land regiastry office
\r\n• € 35: Translator fee

\r\n\r\n

Expenses after buying property in Turkey;

\r\n\r\n

• € 400 - € 500: İskan fee (Move-in permission) Depending on the size and location of the property. One time fee for brand new properties.
\r\n• € 130 (+/-): Electric connection for brand new properties. For resale properties, this amount is only € 20 for name change.
\r\n• € 150 (+/-): Water connection for brand new properties. For resale properties, this amount is only € 20 for name change.
\r\n• 0,2 %: Annual property tax. Paid in every year to town hall in 2 instalments

Documents to be needed when buying property in Turkey;

• Original passport
\r\n• 2 passport photos
\r\n• Turkish tax number (We will assist you get one at the tax office)
\r\n• Copy of title deed of the property to be bought
